Three different questions
Paylines evaluate specified paths. Ways games evaluate symbol combinations according to their own reel rules. Cluster games evaluate qualifying groups rather than a conventional line diagram. A label such as 243 ways is not directly comparable with twenty paylines as a measure of value.

Why the line count does not set your cost
In most modern slots you choose a total bet and the game spreads it across its lines or ways. A ₱10 spin on 5 lines and a ₱10 spin on 1,024 ways both cost ₱10. What differs is how a win is counted and how big each symbol pays relative to that stake. Always read the total in pesos on the bet panel rather than multiplying lines by a coin value yourself.
