Pirate Queen official JILI feature image: treasure-chest symbols on the reels and a volatility meter
Pirate Queen (JILI): official provider artwork, not a gameplay screenshot. Its game sheet prints 30.73% hit frequency and HIGH-MED volatility, the only HIGH-MED label among the 35 sheets.

The short answer

Of the 42 official JILI game sheets captured on 24 September 2026, 35 print a hit frequency. The figures run from 10.00% for Super Rich to 47.99% for Thor X, with a median of 27.76% (Neko Fortune). The middle half of the games sits between 22.99% and 35.33%, which means roughly one spin in three or four returns something.

Two findings matter more than the ranking. First, hit frequency does not follow the volatility label: the rank correlation between the two is 0.02 on the sheet labels and 0.15 on the labels from the JILI game pages, and both the lowest and highest figures belong to LOW-MED games. Second, a "hit" is any paying spin, including wins smaller than the bet, so the share of spins that actually finish ahead is lower than the printed figure. This is Jili777 editorial analysis of provider documents, not a record of play.

Where the numbers come from

JILI titles are also distributed under the TaDa Gaming brand, and for many of them TaDa publishes a one-page PDF called a Game Sheet. It lists total RTP, the split between main-game and bonus RTP, volatility, hit frequency, maximum payout and the minimum, default and maximum bet. We captured 42 of these sheets for JILI titles on 24 September 2026 and read every field into a table.

Coverage is uneven, so every count below says how many sheets it rests on. Hit frequency appears on 35 sheets, total RTP on 41, a volatility word on 41, the bet range on 35 and a maximum payout on 34. The 7 sheets without a hit frequency use a newer layout built around a win-amount table: 40 Sparkling Crown, Sweet Magic, Fortune Coins, Safari Mystery, Legacy of Egypt, Trial of Phoenix, Diamond Party. Six of those seven are in our collection, so their profiles stay silent on hit frequency rather than borrowing a number.

What hit frequency does and does not measure

The sheets print the percentage without a definition. In the usual meaning, hit frequency is the long-run share of spins that return any payout. It is a count of paying spins, not a measure of how much they pay. A spin that returns part of the stake is a hit. So is a spin that returns five hundred times the stake. The figure treats both the same way.

A hit can still lose money

Take an illustrative stake of ₱10. If a spin lands a small line win of ₱4, the game shows a win and the spin counts towards hit frequency, yet the balance is ₱6 lower than before the spin. None of the sheets splits hits into wins above and below the stake, so nobody reading the sheet can tell how many of the paying spins actually finish ahead. Treat the printed figure as an upper bound on "spins that feel like a win", not as a win rate.

Not the same as bonus frequency

Hit frequency says nothing about how often Free Games or another feature starts. A game can pay small line wins on four spins in ten and still go hundreds of spins without its bonus round. The sheets do not print a feature trigger rate, and we do not estimate one.

All 35 JILI hit frequencies, highest to lowest

The second column also shows the figure as "about one paying spin in N", which is simply 100 divided by the percentage. That conversion is an average over a very long run, not a promise that the Nth spin pays.

How the figures spread out

Most of the 35 games sit in a fairly narrow band. 24 of them print between 20% and 40%. Only 7 are below 20% and 4 reach 40% or more.

How the 35 printed hit frequencies spread out
Hit frequency bandGamesRoughly one paying spin in
Under 20%7more than 5 spins
20% to under 30%123.3 to 5 spins
30% to under 40%122.5 to 3.3 spins
40% and above42.5 spins or fewer

The low end: few hits, bigger ones

The games under 20% are Fortune Pig, Golden Joker, Xiyangyang, Crazy 777, Fortune Gems, Fortune Monkey, Super Rich. Three of their sheets describe deliberately narrow designs: Super Rich spins up a single pay way, Crazy 777 is a classic one-line game with a special reel, and Fortune Gems multiplies a line win by a multiplier reel on the right. With so few ways to win, most spins pay nothing, and the prize has to be larger when something lands.

The high end: cascades and big grids

The four games at 40% or more are Thor X, Roma X, Mega Ace, Devil Fire. Thor X and Roma X describe continuous elimination, and Mega Ace a 6x6 board with 46,656 ways. More ways to connect symbols tend to produce more small wins, and each of those counts as a hit. Devil Fire is the exception to that pattern: its sheet describes a jackpot bonus rather than a large grid, a reminder that the sheet text alone does not explain every figure.

Hit frequency against the volatility label

It is tempting to read a high hit frequency as "low volatility". The sheets do not support that. Spearman's rank correlation between hit frequency and the sheet volatility word (LOW, LOW-MED, MED, HIGH-MED, ranked in that order, ties averaged) is 0.02. Using the labels on the JILI game pages instead gives 0.15. Both are close to zero: knowing the label tells you almost nothing about how often the game pays. Our volatility guide explains what the label is meant to describe instead.

MED1125.00%19.09% to 41.72%
HIGH-MED130.73%30.73% to 30.73%

The crossovers

LOW-MED holds both extremes: Super Rich at 10.00% and Thor X at 47.99%. Its median (30.18%) is higher than the MED median (25.00%), yet 5 LOW-MED games sit below 20%. The only HIGH-MED sheet, Pirate Queen, prints 30.73%, above the overall median. The two games labelled plain LOW are 25.34 points apart: Fortune Monkey at 12.00% and Aztec Priestess at 37.34%. Among MED games, Devil Fire reaches 41.72%.

Two labels for one game

The game sheet and the JILI game page do not always agree on the label itself. For 6 of the 35 games they differ: Mega Ace (LOW-MED / Medium), Chin Shi Huang (MED / High), Aztec Priestess (LOW / Medium), King Arthur (MED / Medium-High), Master Tiger (MED / Medium-High), Fortune Monkey (LOW / Low-Medium). With so few games per label, and labels that shift between two official documents, the label is too coarse to predict hit frequency.

Hit frequency, RTP and the size of a typical win

Almost every sheet prints a total RTP close to 97%, whatever its hit frequency. 9 of the 35 list several RTP settings for the same game, which is why the table shows more than one value for them. Because the long-run return is so similar, hit frequency mostly decides how that return is packaged: many small wins, or fewer large ones. The RTP guide explains why an RTP is a long-run figure for one configuration.

A rough average per paying spin

Dividing RTP by hit frequency gives the average return of a paying spin, in multiples of the stake. This is editorial arithmetic on the sheet figures, not a number the provider prints. For Super Rich it is 97.00% divided by 10.00%, about 9.7 times the stake. For the median game, Neko Fortune, it is about 3.49 times. For Thor X it is about 2.02 times. Each average includes the rare large wins that pull it up, so most individual hits are smaller, and in a high-frequency game many of them will be below the stake.

Main game versus bonus

5 sheets print no bonus RTP at all (Twin Wins, Fortune Pig, Crazy 777, Fortune Gems, Super Rich), so their whole return comes from the main game. The rest split the return between the main game and the bonus. In two sheets the split does not add up: Pirate Queen lists 75.70% plus 21.63%, which makes 97.33%, against a total of 97.00%; Wild Ace lists 78.83% plus 19.22%, which makes 98.05%, against 97.05%. We show the printed total and flag the difference rather than choose.

Worked example: 30% over 100 spins (illustrative)

This example uses round, illustrative numbers and does not describe any particular game or session. Imagine a game whose sheet prints a 30% hit frequency, close to the 27.76% median, and 100 spins at an illustrative ₱10 stake, ₱1,000 in total bets. If every spin is independent with a 30% chance of paying, the arithmetic is exact:

  • The average is 30 paying spins and 70 that pay nothing.
  • In about 92% of such 100-spin runs, the number of paying spins lands between 23 and 38. Getting exactly 30 is only one outcome among many.
  • The chance that any given ten spins in a row all pay nothing is 0.7 to the power of 10, about 2.8%.
  • Across the whole 100 spins, a run of at least ten non-paying spins somewhere happens about 58% of the time, and a run of at least five is close to certain.

Now add the point about small hits. If a good share of those 30 paying spins return, say, ₱2 to ₱8 on a ₱10 stake, each one still lowers the balance. The count of wins on screen and the balance can move in opposite directions for a long time.

The same 100 spins at the two extremes

At Super Rich's printed 10.00%, the same arithmetic gives an average of 10 paying spins, usually between 5 and 15, and a run of ten or more non-paying spins in more than 99% of 100-spin runs. At Thor X's 47.99%, the average is about 48, usually between 40 and 56, and a ten-spin dry run shows up in only about 6% of runs. Both sheets print a total RTP near 97%. The difference is how the return arrives, not how much of it there is over the long run.

The bet range the sheets list

All 35 sheets that list bets print exactly the same three values: a minimum of 0.1 EUR, a default of 0.3 EUR and a maximum of 100 EUR. The maximum is 1,000 times the minimum. Because the figures are identical across games with very different designs, they read like a provider template in euros rather than a setting chosen per game.

We have not converted these amounts to pesos. An exchange rate changes daily, and the stake steps and currency at a Philippine operator are set by that operator, not by this sheet. The minimum and maximum you can actually choose are shown in the game's bet panel. Whatever range the game allows, the stake worth choosing is the one that fits a limit set before the session.

Sheet details that do not add up

Reading every field side by side turned up a few inconsistencies. They do not change the overall pattern, but they are a reason to confirm a figure in the game's own help screen before relying on it.

  • Sin City and Sweet land print an identical block of numbers: 96.99% total RTP, 80.41% main, 16.58% bonus, 24.01% hit frequency and 3,000x maximum, although one is a 4x5 reel slot and the other a 7x7 cascade board.
  • The Aztec Priestess sheet opens with the same "Candy Land" description as Sweet land, and it prints no maximum payout, but its own figures differ (97.16% RTP, 37.34% hit frequency).
  • For two games the maximum payout on the sheet differs from the maximum win on the JILI game page: Sin City prints 3,000x on the sheet and 4,500x on the game page; Wild Ace prints 1,500x on the sheet and 1,000x on the game page.
  • 5 hit frequencies are whole percentages (Candy Baby, King Arthur, Fortune Gems, Fortune Monkey, Super Rich), and 2 are printed with fewer than two decimals. A whole number such as 10.00% or 25% may be a design target rather than a measured result; most of the other figures carry two non-zero decimals.

Our note on conflicting line counts covers the same kind of problem in JILI's own product fields.

How to use a hit frequency figure

A short routine for reading any game sheet, whether the game is in the table above or not:

  1. Match the exact title. Fortune Gems, Fortune Gems 2 and Fortune Gems 500 are different games, and a sheet figure does not carry over to a sequel.
  2. Read hit frequency as "how often the screen shows any win", not as a chance of finishing ahead.
  3. Pair it with the RTP: at a similar RTP, a lower hit frequency means larger but rarer wins.
  4. Do not use the volatility word as a stand-in for hit frequency; on these sheets the two are unrelated.
  5. Expect long runs of non-paying spins even at 30% or more, and size the stake so such a run fits your limit.
  6. Check the game's help screen at your operator for the RTP setting and bet range actually in use.

A hit frequency cannot make a budget last. Our spending-limit guide sets out how to fix one before a session starts.

FAQ

What is hit frequency on a JILI game sheet?

It is the percentage printed beside "Hit frequency" on the provider game sheet. The sheets do not define it; in the usual sense it is the share of spins that return any win at all. 35 of the 42 JILI sheets we captured print one, from 10.00% to 47.99%.

Does a 30% hit frequency mean I win 3 spins in 10?

Only as a long-run average. Over 100 spins at 30%, the paying spins usually land somewhere between 23 and 38, and a run of ten or more non-paying spins in a row happens in about 58% of 100-spin sessions. Many of those hits also return less than the stake.

Is a high hit frequency the same as low volatility?

Not on these sheets. The rank correlation between hit frequency and the sheet volatility label is 0.02, essentially zero. The lowest (Super Rich, 10.00%) and the highest (Thor X, 47.99%) both carry the same LOW-MED label.

Does a higher hit frequency mean a better RTP?

No. Nearly every sheet prints a total RTP close to 97% whatever its hit frequency. A game that pays less often has to pay more per paying spin to reach the same RTP: roughly 9.7 times the stake per hit for Super Rich against 2.02 times for Thor X.

What bet range do the JILI game sheets list?

Every sheet that lists bets prints the same three figures: 0.1 EUR minimum, 0.3 EUR default and 100 EUR maximum. That looks like a provider template in euros. The stake range and currency at your operator can differ, so check the game itself.
