Evolution's Game Night previewed in Makati on 30 October: what the show is, and what is still unconfirmed

Short answer — On Friday, 30 October 2026, PAGCOR-licensed online operator Casino Plus held an invitation-only event at Dusit Thani in Makati City where its players were shown Game Night, a new live casino game show from Evolution, ahead of its commercial release. The details come from a sponsored "Brand Talk" release published by GMA News Online on 31 October. It describes Game Night as a 54-segment money wheel with multipliers on every spin and five bonus games based on Hasbro titles: Connect 4, Battleship, Hungry Hungry Hippos, Snakes and Ladders and Rock Paper Scissors. On a 54-segment wheel, any single segment has a 1 in 54 chance per spin, about 1.85%, by our calculation.
Why it matters to a Filipino reader: Game Night is one of the first products from Evolution's licensing deal with Hasbro, and the Philippines is one of the first places it has been shown to players. Before anyone plays it for real money, it helps to know what is officially stated, what comes only from a promotional release, and what nobody has published yet, starting with the return to player.
What happened on 30 October?
According to the release, Casino Plus became "the first operator to stage an offline collaboration with Evolution in the Philippines". The evening was hosted by radio DJ Karen Bordador and included an awarding ceremony led by Cristina Hsia, described as Evolution's Country Manager for the Philippines, alongside Casino Plus CEO Evan Spytma. Evolution's CEO for Asia, Gionata La Torre, is quoted calling Casino Plus the company's "trusted partner in the regulated Philippine market".
The release also says Evolution plans, "where possible", to give Casino Plus players early access to selected new games, and that both companies intend to continue joint online and offline campaigns. Those are statements of intent by the two companies. We have not seen a schedule or a list of games.
Because the text is paid content, we treat its claims about the operator's own record, such as a "₱1-billion PhilFirst Surety Bond Protection Program", as the company's description rather than verified fact. Jili777 is not affiliated with Casino Plus or Evolution, and this article contains no offer or link to either.
What is Game Night, according to Evolution?
Evolution first named the game in a press release dated 19 January 2026, ahead of the International Casinos Exhibition in Barcelona. It called Game Night "a live experience featuring a selection of well-known Hasbro games within a single format", listed alongside MONOPOLY Filthy Rich and MONOPOLY Roulette as the first titles from the multi-brand Hasbro partnership announced in 2025. The same release said the group planned to release 119 games across live and RNG in 2026, which works out to about 2.3 new games a week, by our calculation.
The Makati release adds the mechanics: a 54-segment money wheel, "multipliers on every spin", and five bonus games. It does not say how many of the 54 segments carry each number or bonus, how the multipliers are drawn, or what each bonus game pays.

How does Evolution's Philippine presence fit together?
Evolution's own newsroom confirms the most important local milestone. On 30 June 2025 it announced that its first live casino studio in Asia had gone live in Cebu, serving the regulated Philippine market in partnership with One Visaya Gaming Corporation. That studio launched with baccarat tables, with Lightning Roulette, Marble Race and a locally designed Super Color Game announced for later. At the time, La Torre was quoted as Evolution's chief executive for Europe; the October release gives his title as CEO Asia.
One question the October release leaves open is where Game Night will be streamed from. The Cebu studio was set up to serve licensed Philippine operators, and its June 2025 launch plan already included game shows such as Marble Race. But neither Evolution release we read says whether Game Night will run from Cebu, from one of Evolution's studios elsewhere, or both, and the Makati event was a preview rather than a launch. For players, the studio location matters less than the licence of the operator offering the game, which is what PAGCOR regulates.

The release contradicts itself on one date. Its photo caption says the partnership "began in 2021"; one paragraph says Casino Plus "began its partnership with Evolution in 2022 with slot games"; the closing paragraph says it began "in November 2021 with slot games". All versions agree that Evolution's live casino games were added in May 2023. We use November 2021 in the chart because it is the most specific, and flag the conflict.
What does a 54-segment wheel mean for a player?
Without the segment layout, nobody can compute Game Night's payouts or house edge. But the basic probability of any one segment is fixed by the number 54, and it is worth understanding before playing. Each spin, a particular segment has a 1 in 54 chance, or 1.85%. Over 50 spins, that segment would be expected to come up about 0.93 times, and there is roughly a 39% chance it never appears at all, since (53/54)50 ≈ 0.393, by our calculation. Over 100 spins the chance of missing it entirely is still about 15%.
| Spins | Expected appearances | Chance it never appears | Peso outlay at ₱20 per spin |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 0.019 | 98.1% | ₱20 |
| 50 | 0.93 | 39.3% | ₱1,000 |
| 100 | 1.85 | 15.4% | ₱2,000 |
The practical point: a wheel game with bonus rounds can go a long time without triggering the round you are waiting for, and a ₱1,000 budget at ₱20 a spin covers only 50 spins. If a bonus game occupies only one or two segments, as is common on money-wheel shows, most sessions of that length will see it rarely or not at all. Until Evolution publishes the paytable and RTP, treat every multiplier figure you see in promotions as a maximum, not an expectation.
What is not confirmed?
- RTP and house edge. Not published in any source we read.
- Segment distribution and bonus frequencies. Not published.
- Release date and where it will be offered. The release says only "ahead of its commercial release"; we do not know which licensed Philippine operators will carry it, or when.
- Early-access arrangements. Described as a plan, "where possible", with no titles or dates.
- The partnership start year. The release gives 2021, November 2021 and 2022.
- Operator claims in the release, including the surety bond programme, which we have not verified.
What should a player in the Philippines keep in mind?
Live game shows are entertainment with a built-in house edge, even when the wheel looks generous. Play only with PAGCOR-licensed operators, wait for the official paytable before judging a new game, decide your peso limit before you sit down, and stop when it is gone. The PAGCOR responsible gaming page lists persons under 21 among those barred from gaming establishments and links to a self-exclusion request service.
